What this app is

Mail Blast is a desktop application, used by a single person, for sending personalized outreach emails through their own Gmail account. It is not a hosted service, and no one other than the app's developer signs in to it.

What Google data it accesses

The app requests one Gmail permission: gmail.send. This scope allows the app to send email as the signed-in account. It does not allow the app to:

• Read, search, or download existing email in the inbox
• Access contacts, calendar, drive, or any other Google service
• See the account's message or conversation history

The app uses this permission only to send the emails the user composes and triggers within the app itself.

Recipient and template data

Contact lists (name, email address, and any custom merge fields) and email templates are supplied by the user, typically by importing a CSV file, and are stored locally on the user's own computer. This data is not uploaded to any external server, is not shared with any third party, and is not used for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond generating and sending the emails the user requests.

Data retention and deletion

Send history, saved templates, and imported contact lists remain on the local machine until the user clears or deletes them from within the app. Disconnecting the Gmail account revokes the app's access token; Google's own account permissions page can also be used to revoke access at any time.

Sharing

No data handled by this app is sold, shared, or transferred to any third party, and no data is used for purposes unrelated to sending the emails the user initiates.
