Mail Blast

Terms of service

Last updated September 2026

Agreement

These terms apply to Mail Blast, a desktop application for sending personalized outreach emails through a user's own Gmail account. Mail Blast is a single-operator tool, used by one person for their own outreach — by installing or signing in with it, you agree to these terms.

What the app does

Mail Blast lets you import a contact list, write an email template with merge fields, and send that template as individual emails through your connected Gmail account, at a rate you control. It is provided as-is, for personal and business outreach use by its operator.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the content of the emails you send and for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient
  • You are responsible for complying with Gmail's sending limits, applicable anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM), and Google's Acceptable Use Policy
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of any contact list you import

Account access

Mail Blast connects to your Gmail account through Google's OAuth sign-in and sends mail using the gmail.send permission only. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account's permissions page, or by disconnecting the account from within the app.

No warranty

Mail Blast is provided without warranty of any kind. The developer is not liable for delivery failures, account restrictions imposed by Google, or any other outcome arising from use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
